Contracts Coordinator:
Revelation is launching a new recruitment division, and we’re looking for a confident, driven, relationship‑focused professional to lead it. If you enjoy connecting with people, winning new business, and building something from the ground up, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Call care homes, home care providers, nurseries, and mental health clinics daily.
- Secure new staffing contracts.
- Recruit and onboard high‑quality care staff.
- Build long‑term client relationships.

- Confident communicator.
- Experience in recruitment or sales.
- Target‑driven and proactive.
- Knowledge of the care sector (bonus).

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Making calls, negotiation experience.
- Strong telephone and communication skills.
- Ability to secure contracts.
- Organised and self‑motivated.
- Understanding of compliance and safer recruitment.
- IT‑literate.
Desirable:
- Experience in care recruitment.
- Existing sector contacts.
- Experience managing a recruitment desk.
- Knowledge of health and safety expectations.
