Contracts Coordinator:
Revelation is launching a new recruitment division, and we’re looking for a confident, driven, relationship‑focused professional to lead it. If you enjoy connecting with people, winning new business, and building something from the ground up, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
  • Call care homes, home care providers, nurseries, and mental health clinics daily.
  • Secure new staffing contracts.
  • Recruit and onboard high‑quality care staff.
  • Build long‑term client relationships.

What we’re looking for:
  • Confident communicator.
  • Experience in recruitment or sales.
  • Target‑driven and proactive.
  • Knowledge of the care sector (bonus).

Person Specification:
Essential:
  • Making calls, negotiation experience.
  • Strong telephone and communication skills.
  • Ability to secure contracts.
  • Organised and self‑motivated.
  • Understanding of compliance and safer recruitment.
  • IT‑literate.

Desirable:
  • Experience in care recruitment.
  • Existing sector contacts.
  • Experience managing a recruitment desk.
  • Knowledge of health and safety expectations.
