We are currently looking for people to join our team of Support Workers based in and around Norfolk and Waveney above areas to help care for people in their own homes.
Job Details:
- This job is specifically for Home Care Workers, visiting people in their own homes. Drivers are highly needed, but non-drivers are welcome too
- The rest will be discussed with the successful candidates.
Duties to include:
- Helping with morning, lunch, and evening routines, this will include supporting with personal care - washing and dressing, and enabling a more independent life.
- Supporting with nutrition (food and drinks).
- Mobility, transfer and skin care .
- Supporting with meals preparation and serving.
- Providing companionship.
- Medication support.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for carers who are passionate about helping other people. Although experience is a priority, however, we can provide you with the confidence to become a wonderful carer with the outstanding training that we provide.
Things we do look for in a Care Assistant are:

- A capable and reliable character.
- A caring, kind, and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help older people.
- Fluency in written and spoken English communication skills a requirement.
- A car driver with a valid UK driving licence is desirable (Preferred but not essential).
- MUST Live within the areas mentioned above as this is for local support workers only.
